# Statut de vos commandes

## Commande d'achat de RealTokens

Visible dans la partie Order du site RealT

Les différents statuts sont :

* **Pending Invoice** : Facture en cours d'émission (cela peu prendre quelques heures),
* **Pending Payment** : quand vous ne payez pas tout de suite sur Coinbase ou qu'il y a un problème de CB,
* **Pending Contracts** : livraison en attente,
* **Contracts sent** : contrat adressé à signer,
* **Pending dispense** : quand RealT doit envoyer les RealTokens sur Gnosis, les livraisons se font en 24/48h (hors WE, sauf la première fois)
* **Canceled** : commande annulée,
* **Blockchain pending** : pendant la confirmation d'une transaction,
* **Needs refund** : quand la commande va être annulée et remboursée.
