# Vote (RealT)
Afin d'obtenir la position des actionnaires, concernant une décision impactant une propriété, RealT a développé une [application de vote](https://vote.realtoken.network/assets) on-chain (sur Gnosis).
La première utilisation en production a eu lieu fin 2022 pour la [détokenisation](/tuto-community/site-realt/detokenisation-dune-propriete.md) du Realtoken Alcoy.
Un snapshot des token holders est réalisé avant l'annonce du vote (afin d'éviter les potentiels achats pour augmenter le pouvoir de vote), et transmis au contrat de vote.
Les personnes concernés sont prévenus par RealT et peuvent voter en se connectant avec leur wallet.
Le poids de chaque actionnaire ainsi que sa participation, est visible sur l'application :
